Help with Mfield

Worker access

Mfield accounts are available only to workers approved by the Muller C.C. Field Office. Downloading or opening the app does not activate employment or provide access to a job site.

Account approval

New workers verify their phone number, create a PIN, submit required onboarding information, and remain pending until an authorized office administrator reviews and activates the account.

Location and clock events

Production GPS timekeeping will require location permissions. Workers will receive clear disclosures and consent screens before background location is used.
